Andre 3000 trumps Weezy

Green Light - John Legend Ft Andre 3000

Big ups to my boy Patrick over at Get Your Own for putting me up on this song. This will most definitely be my new jam!
And you're right Pat....Andre over Weezy, easily.

Spazzing out

Earlier this month I randomly ended up at the shoot for N.E.R.D.'s "SpaZ" video. Pretty much exciting...here are a few pics:

And yes, Pharrell is more attractive in person. I no longer care if the man is over 30...I'd break him off something crucial! haha

As Seen On TMZ

So you would never know this, but I've always had this fascination with 'little people.' I don't know if maybe it's because I'm a taller girl, but I've always been pretty amazed that they are just like you and I...but just smaller. But does that mean that EVERYTHING about a little person is small??? If you get my drift....
I may be weird, but Verne Troyer aka Mini Me has got my mind racing these days. Check out this story from TMZ:

Verne Troyer has filed a $20 million lawsuit, claiming TMZ violated his rights by publishing and airing portions of his sex tape.

In the suit, filed Thursday in U.S. District Court in downtown L.A., Troyer claims TMZ violated his privacy rights and infringed on his copyright and trademark by running portions of the tape on TMZ TV and TMZ.com. He also alleges TMZ violated his right of publicity and misappropriated his name and likeness.

Troyer says the tape was stolen and ended up in the hands of Kevin Blatt, the guy who distributed "One Night in Paris." Blatt is also named as a defendant.

In addition to damages, Troyer wants an injunction prohibiting further dissemination of the video.

I mean, of course little people have sex too....but until I saw clips from his sex tape, it never really hit me that little people have sex too! And Mini Me must not be so "mini" after all since his girl looks to be about 5'6"....on her back anyway.

We gone show you how to hustle...

About a year ago, I happened to stumble across this really catchy song called 'Day n Night' by a fella named Kid Cudi. I took an immediate liking to it, even gave it the elite honor of being my profile song on myspace (now you know that's special). But, that was that. Times changed, new profile songs stepped up their game, and I never heard from that Kid Cudi guy again.....until today. I swear, I was just doing my usual browsing, checking in on the usual sites and blogs or what not, and KC was getting so much love! Shout outs left and right...it was crazy. Talk about being on your grind though...and that's what it's seriously all about. If you really want something, if you really believe in your dream....go ahead and go after that shit. But don't just try and go after it, you better DO it. If some people act like they don't want to hear you, snatch that option from them and MAKE them hear you. Be in control of what you do, because it's no secret....NO ONE can DO YOU better than you can.

With that said, let me go ahead and shout out some peeps:

Yeah, you probably remember the interview I did with this fella awhile ago. Well, I'm back to tell you that there's more where that came from! This kid stays on his hustle, and I'm here to tell you to look out for his first project titled 'The 99' Lakers LP" on July 19th!

Unfortunately, I never got the chance to get my interview with this kid, but I still gotta show love anyway because he pretty much embodies the true definition of 'staying on your grind'. If you haven't already, go and visit myspace.com/csanmusic to download his project, The Birth.

I'm SO sorry

I know it's been quite awhile since my last post....my sincerest apologies.
I don't even know where to begin...so much has happened over these past couple of weeks. So here is my short & quick run through of things I will further expand on in later posts:

1. The Carter III...less than mediocre. But then, I already knew that it would be.
2. Usher's new album...definitely in no way better than Confessions.
3. Seeing Sounds....dopeness.
4. Shawn Chrystopher dropped his debut EP on June 3rd....its a MUST download. An interview is still in the works, don't fret people.
5. Possibly an upcoming interview for the blog with Inglewood's finest, C-San.
6. I need to repair my iPod.
7. Lakers v. Celtics.

There's so much more, and don't worry, I will cover it all.
